Racing Incidents

Jockey Naresh Kumar the rider of HOT BLOOD was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing  SPEED HUNT (V R Jagadeesh) which in turn passed it onto ZAMARIAH (Ranjeet Singh) along the rails which had to be checked by its rider. He was further reprimanded for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the final stages of the race.

Jockey Himalaya S Pawar  the rider of BRIGHT HALO was questioned regarding his riding on his mount . He stated that he was instructed to position 2nd/3rd and do his best on entering the straight and win the race. Trainer Rajinder also confirmed the instruction and stated that the jockey could have been more vigorous in his riding.
An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of BRIGHT HALO.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA CHICAGO in the presence of Trainer A Saulez  and was sent for analytical test.
