TRABOQUE (Md Asif Khan) bolted away and ran riderless and completed course, with the consent of Trainer Zulfiqar Khan it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.

Trainer Magan Singh and Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of I WANNA RUN. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 4th/ 5th and ride out  the horse on entering the straight. He further stated that his charge is still a maiden and he instructed not to use  the whip as back hander but to just give some taps in the fore hand. On questioning Jockey stated that as the start was effected he had missed the jump and his mount was not galloping fluently. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Veterinary Officer reported that the post race examination of the filly failed to reveal any abnormalities.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of I WANNA RUN.

Jockey Md Habeeb the rider of  SOLID GOLD reported that his reins slipped in the final stages of the race due to excessive sweating.

Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was called in and questioned regarding the improved performance of SOLID GOLD ridden by Md Habeeb as compared to its last run in Race No.25 THE CHANDESTLY PLATE.DIV.II. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 1-26 (ABOUT) 1000 MTS run on 3rd October 2017 wherein it was unplaced. The trainer stated that:-

i)    His charge which is a 4 year old has just won a race as a maiden.
ii)    In its last run that is Race No.25 on 3rd Oct 2017 it was the first run of the season after a gap of 6 months and was rated at 1point.
iii)    In the above race it had a benefit of inside draw as compared to last run where it was drawn outside and also received an interference.
iv)    This  time  his charge is running without the special equipment Cross Nose Band. His explanations were noted.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner SOLID GOLD in the presence of Trainer Raj Kumar Saini and was sent for analytical test.
