MISS INDIA (S Mosin) was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer at the Starting gate and was withdrawn on veterinary ground before coming under Starter’s order as it was lame on left fore. Trainer S Nawab was  advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. In consequence of MISS INDIA being withdrawn a deduction of 30% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.
An enquiry has been opened into the circumstance of MISS INDIA  being withdrawn.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of HE IS THE MAN reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gate his mount stumbled thereby momentarily im- balancing him.

Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of  BLUEPRINT reported that his mount was hanging out from the 200 mts of the race inspite of his best effort to keep it on an even course.  Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting in a race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that  SHINNING STAR had sustained a cut injury on right hind leg and  GREY GOOSE had sustained a cut injury on left hind leg during the race. Trainers I S Parmar & Zulfiqar Khan were advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BLUEPRINT  in the presence of Trainer Sartaj Singh  and was sent for analytical test.
