Prior to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  the rider of   VIDYEESHA requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection lodged by Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  the rider of  VIDYEESHA  placed second by the Judge against Jockey  Ranjeet Singh  the rider of ANCIENT GLORY  placed first

by the Judge for “ soon after taking the jump we both (2 & 4) going head to head . ANCIENT GLORY could not pass my horse after which he came in intentionally by cutting across my horse before the red marker. To avoid the accident I had to little stop the horse and that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could be justified. Therefore, they decided to uphold the objection  and revised the order of placings as under:-

                                ANCIENT GLORY   SECOND
                                MISTER INDIA      THIRD
                                SOLITARY EAGLE   FOURTH

Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of ANCIENT GLORY was fined Rs.3000/- for coming in sharply before passing the red marker post thereby causing severe  interference to  VIDYEESHA (D S Deora) on his inside who had to be checked by its rider and lost some ground.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MISTER INDIA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder).Trainer Rajinder was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner VIDYEESHA in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and bleeder MISTER INDIA in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and were sent for analytical test.
