Trainer Bharat T Singh and Jockey Sameer Khan was called in and questioned regarding the in consistent pattern of running of RIZWANA as compared to its last run in Race No.57 THE CEREMONIAL PLATE.DIV.III. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 1-26 (ABT) 1000 MTS on 3rd November 2017. Trainer stated that :-

i)    In its last run he had instructed the jockey to position 2nd /3rd and do his best on entering the straight.
ii)    However due to the circumstance of the race he was unable to follow the instructions and led the field till bend and thereafter it had fizzled out.
iii)    Hence,  he had today changed the instruction of positioning his charge 3rd/ 4th and to ride out in the straight.
iv)    His charge after jumping out of the starting gate had received a check as DAZZLING GLORY (Praveen Saini) had slowed down the pace and negotiating the bend when the jockey used the whip his charge drifted out.
v)    Jockey corroborating the trainer’s instructions and statements ,under the circumstances of the race had ridden out the horse to his best ability.

However while noting down the explanations of the trainer and the jockey concerned, the Jockey was informed that under the circumstance of the race, he was given a grave benefit of doubt at this instance.

Jockey Md Habeeb the rider of ASHWA TEJASVI reported that soon after the starting gate his mount drifted out and bumped into TRABOQUE (Md Asif Khan)
on his inside.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that BLUE HORSE had sustained an injury on Left Hind leg. Trainer Mohsin Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner LOVELY BOY in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and was sent for analytical test.
