Racing Incidents

On a request from Trainer S M Abbas, TAKE OVER TARGET was examined at 0950 hrs on 15 Jan 2018 and was found to be lame by its left fore leg. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary ground. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

At the start, LOOKS SENSATIONAL (Arman Ali Jafri) had its head turned towards left side as the start was effected which the jockey was unable to correct and the mare lost about 2 lengths.

AMAZING INFERNO (Akash Rajput) rushed the Gate as the blind-folds were taken off prematurely and thereafter the gates opened, as such, the mare was slowly off.

Jockey Md Asif Khan (TOT O WHISKEY) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to shift out between 200 and 300 metres under the use of the whip.
