Racing Incidents

At the start, INAZUMA (Arman Ali Jafri) shifted in before the Red marker and went on to MONEY PLANT (S Amjad Khan). Jockey Arman Ali Jafri has been cautioned.
 
Jockey Arman Ali Jafri (INAZUMA) has been fined Rs.2000/- for dropping his hands in the final stages of the race, thereby losing 2nd position.

Trainer S Nawab was questioned with regard to the different running pattern of  MISS INDIA as compared to her previous run in Race no 163. Trainer Nawab explained that his Instructions have been similar to the Jockeys on both the occasions, that is, to go to the front if the mare can do so on her own, otherwise be in 2nd or 3rd position. The Trainer further added that he has used “Cheek” in this race from which the mare could have benefitted. To another query, the Trainer stated that this was the mare’s 2nd win of her career and the mare has been an inconsistent performer.

Trainer Nawab was informed that in Race no 163 as well as 183, Jockeys Sandeep Rajput and S Mosin were observed to have ridden out vigorously after the start to go to the front wherein Jockey S Mosin in Race no 183 was able to go to the front.

Whilst noting the explanation of the Trainer, he has been advised to inform the Stipendiary Stewards any change in Instructions with regard to this horse in particular and all his charges in general.
