At the start, ORGANIC SINGH (C Umesh) jumped awkwardly inwards due to which DANCES AWAY (Md Habeeb) shifted in and interfered with ATTICUS (S Amjad Khan). 

Soon after the start, MISS LEE (S Mosin) lugged-in, as such, Trainer I S Parmar has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.

Jockey Umesh (ORGANIC SINGH) has been fined Rs.3000/- for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit. (1st offence)

Trainer Rajinder was questioned with regard to the comparative performance of ORGANIC SINGH in this race which the gelding won as compared to its previous run in Race no 33 where the gelding ran unplaced. The Trainer stated that the running pattern of the gelding has been similar in both the races, there was change of equipments in this race, and he had fancied the gelding on both the occasions. The explanation was noted. 

Jockey S Amjad Khan (ATTICUS) when questioned stated that his instructions were to be in 4th or 5th position and do his best on entering the straight. He added that soon after the start, he received an interference from DANCES AWAY due to which he could not follow the instruction and thereafter, he had done his best.  When questioned Trainer H Ali Khan corroborated the instructions and stated that soon after the start ATTICUS received an interference and in the straight he had done his best and was satisfied with the jockeys riding. An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of ATTICUS. 

The veterinary examination of SOUTH PRINCESS, PATIALA PEG & ATTICUS did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
