At the start, GO MY GIRL (GS Shekhawat) jumped out awkwardly. Passing 100 metres, MASTER JEFFERSON (S Mosin) shifted in as the gelding was being settled and went in on MR SINGH (Kundan Paswan) who in turn shifted n on to MOUNTAIN GUNNER (R Yousaf). Trainer S Nawab and Jockey S Mosin were questioned with regard to the riding of Jockey S Mosin in the final stages of the race, wherein, it was observed that the Jockey showed delayed response in changing his whip hand which may have resulted in him losing the race. The instructions to the Jockey were to let the gelding go to the front on its own or be in 2nd or 3rd position and to do his best The veterinary examination of MASTER JEFFERSON did not reveal any apparent abnormality. |
