At the start, ASHWA JAGIRA (SG Prasad) was slowly away.

At the start, ALL IS WELL (Arun Kumar) jumped out awkwardly.

Soon after the start, MASTER VANPERISE (D Kumar) was tightened for room.

Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey Rajinder Saini were questioned regarding the running and riding of MISS DUNCAN and the poor performance of the mare. During questioning, a discrepancy was found in the Instructions. The Trainer was informed that the mare had performed well while being up with the field, while today the Instructions were to be 4th, 5th in a field of 9 horses. After questioning them, the Trainer has been cautioned for failing to ensure that the mare races with instructions that are best suited to her, considering her recent form and the Jockey has been cautioned for discrepancy in him understanding the instructions which differed from that of the Trainer.

After the race, ORGANIC GREY was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer Ajay Sharma has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

After the race, ALL IS WELL was found to be lame by its right-hind leg and had sustained a cut injury on that leg. Trainer Richpal Singh was asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

After the race, MASTER VANPERISE was found to have sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock. Trainer I S Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

The veterinary examination of ARTAXIAS did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
