On a request from Trainer Rajinder, MISTER BEST was examined at 5.45 p.m on 26 Nov 2018 and was found to be suffering from Colic. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary ground. The trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any trial or race.

BRIGHT WATERS (Sameer Qureshi) was extremely fractious inside the stall and hurt herself and was lame by its right-fore leg, as such was withdrawn before coming under Starters orders on veterinary ground. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked. Trainer Bharat T Singh has been asked to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race. There was no deduction on win or place bets.

Soon after the start, EXTREME DESIRE (Akash Rajput) was tightened and lost position.

Jockey Muzammil Hashmi (MADAM QUERY) has been fined Rs.1,000/- for Improper use of the Whip where in he has persisted with the use of whip with his left hand as his mount shifted inwards in the final 200 metres.

Jockey Arman Ali Jafri (DARJEELING) reported loss of his whip near 100 metres.

An Objection was lodged by Jockey Arman Ali Jafri (DARJEELING), placed second by the Judge against WINNERS GOLD (S Mosin), placed first by the Judge for “when my mount was responding to
 
whipping, Jockey S Mosin had intentionally hit on my whip as a result he lost the whip around 100 metres due to which I lost a certain race”

The Stewards held an enquiry after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on the observation of the incident, decided to overrule the objection.
