SOLITARY EAGLE was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders as the gelding was extremely fractious inside the stall and then got loose and bolted away rider-less. Trainer V S Parmar has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race.

MISS CINDRELLA was withdrawn before coming under starters orders as the mare was extremely fractious before being loaded. Trainer I S Parmar has been asked to give sufficient gate practice. 

As a consequence of SOLITARY EAGLE & MISS CINDRELLA being withdrawn a deduction of 20% on win and 50% on place bets was affected.

Jockey Md Habeeb (MISS CINDRELLhas been fined Rs. 2000/- and severely reprimanded for his misconduct at the start following the withdrawal of his mount.

The saddle on AZOTH (Arun Kumar) slipped backward during the race as such Trainer V S Parmar was fined Rs.2000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey M Shahid (MISS DUNCAN), when questioned, stated that his instructions were to 4th or 5th position and to do his best in the straight. It was observed that the Jockey lost his position after the start for no apparent reason thereby not positioning his mount as per instructions and rode out his mount in the last 300 metres otherwise, his mount could have finished better.  Jockey M Shahid has been severely reprimanded for his feeble riding and informed that a similar riding effort would be viewed seriously in future. 

Jockey Mohanlal (ASHWA SAANGhas been reprimanded for prematurely easing up his mount before passing the Winning Post, since ASHWA SAANGA did not lose 3rd position. The Jockey was informed to ensure that he rides out his mount till past the Post.

The veterinary examination of MISS DUNCAN & MR SINGH did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
