Racing Incidents

FAR AWAY was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders, as the filly was extremely fractious inside her stall. Trainer V S Parmar has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race. As a consequence of FAR AWAY being withdrawn, a deduction of 20% on win and 50% on place bets was affected.

BRIGHT WATERS (Dhanu S Deora) was fractious behaviour before loaded. Trainer Bharat T Singh has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race.

At the start, FLY AWAY (Shiliyar Khan) shifted outwards and went on to MISS UNIVERSE (Jai Parkash) who went out on to AMAZING WONDER (Praveen Saini) tightening the latter on to MASTER BECKET (S Mosin). Near 1100 metres, MISS UNIVERSE (Jai Parkash) shifted out and inconvenienced AMAZING WONDER (Praveen Saini).

Jockey Jai Parkash has been cautioned. Jockey Praveen Saini (AMAZING WONDER) has been cautioned for travelling wide while negotiating the bend.

AL SAHAIL (Sandeep Rajput) lugged out in the straight. Trainer S Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. On questioning, Jockey S G Prasad (MIZILLA GOLD) stated that his instructions were go to the front, and not to put much pressure on the MARE as she was a bleeder and to use whip if the mare was in fighting line. Trainer A Saulez was questioned and confirmed the instructions to the Jockey.

The Trainer was informed with a warning that his charges were expected to be ridden to their best of ability and any such instructions in the future may be viewed seriously.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora (BRIGHT WATERS) on questioning stated that his instructions were to position 4th,5th & 6th and do his best in the straight and do his best. He added that the filly had tired in the middle stages of the race. Trainer Bharat T Singh was questioned in this regard and after having heard him, he has been asked to ensure that his charges race in an appropriate manner in future.

The Veterinary examination of AL SHAHIL, MIZILLA GOLD & BRIGHT WATERS revealed no apparent abnormality.
