Racing Incidents

At the start, SWEET STAR (MB Qureshi) whipped around and dropped its rider. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked. Trainer Bharat T Singh has been asked to show the filly in Mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race. 

Passing 900 metres, ROSES ARE FOREVER (Arman Ali Jafri) has been fined Rs.1000/- for allowing his mount to shift in and causing interference to IMPERIAL PRINCESS (SMosin).

Jockey Praveen Saini (GLENEAGLES) when questioned, stated that passing 200 metres his whip got entangled with his reins which he could not free till the end of the race. After having heard the Jockey and giving his benefit of doubt, he has been fined Rs. 2000/- for Incompetent riding and warned for the future. 

After the race, IMPERIAL PRINCESS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 8 weeks (2nd time). Trainer S Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
