After the race, CASH IN HAND was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer Bharath T Singhhas been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

An Objection was lodged by Jockey Sandeep Rajput (ZAROON), placed second by the Judge against CASH IN HAND (M I Qureshi), placed first by the Judge for “taking my ground at 250 metres, when my horse was in full gallop and forcing me to shift the path due to which my mount broke the momentum and when tried to regallop that cost me the race, the verdict being a head.” Passing 300 metres, ZAROON (Sandeep Rajput) & CASH IN HAND (MI Qureshi) went across BACHELOR BOY (Sameer Khan).

At the start, NICHE DIAMOND (C Umesh) took a fly jump and slowly away. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that NICHE DIAMOND had a cut injury on the heel of its rightfore leg. At the start, GRAND GALLOP (SA Shah) jumped out awkwardly whereby the Jockey lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly.

Jockey Sameer Khan (BACHELOR BOY) was observed to have used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third offence with regard use of the whip during the current Meeting, the matter has been reported to the Stewards.
