Near 150 metre, SUMMER PALACE (Jai Parkash) shifted in under the use of whip and took the running of MISS CINDRELLA (Khet Singh) who collided with SUMMER PALACE and stumbled. Jockey Jai Parkash was reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding.

Jockey R Yousaf (BRAMHAPUTRI) reported that soon after the start, due to crowding, he lost his right stirrup and was unbalanced and by the time his mount gained momentum, the mare had lost considerable ground.

At the start, TOP BRACKET (Akash Rajput) jumped awkwardly inwards and crowded the horses on its outside viz. AUTUMN GOLD (MB Qureshi), BRAMHAPUTRI (R Yousaf), MASTER CRISTIANO (AAshhadAsbar) who was steadied and BRAHMAPUTRI lost position. Jockey Akash Rajput (TOP BRACKET) reported that he did not get a clear run as SUPERSTAR SUREME (Dhanu S Deora) changed his course twice in the straight. After questioning, Jockey Dhanu S Deora has been cautioned.

The Stewards interviewed Jockey Jai Parkash. The Stewards took in to consideration that at that stage of the race, the whip of Jockey Dhanu S Deora (SUPERSTAR SUPREME) hit the face of MISS CINDRELLA (Khet Singh) who shied away which may have contributed to MISS CINDRELLA shifting out at the time when SUMMER PALACE shifted in under the use of the whip. Taking an overall view in the matter and held the view that SUMMER PALACE had shifted in under the use of the whip with the Jockey making no effort to control the inward movement of his mount and later took the running of MISS CINDRELLA who clipped the heels of SUMMER PALACE and stumbled, almost dislodging its Rider and therefore decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for Careless Riding.
