On a request from Trainer Rajinder, HOT BLOOD was examined on 30 Apr 2019 at11.30a.m. and was found to be lame by its left-fore leg. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
At the start, SIMMAROW (Akash Rajput) swerved to the left, and trailed the field and then dropped its rider near 800 metres. Trainer SM Abbas has been asked to show the gelding in Mock race to the satisfaction ofthe Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting to race.
Passing 900 metres, INAZUMA (Praveen Saini) shifted-in and went on to ASHWA GRACE (Dhanu S Deora) who was tightened onto MISS GLORIOUS (Amyn Merchant). Jockey Praveen Saini has been fined Rs.1,000/- and warned for the future.
Jockey Praveen Saini (INAZUMA) was observed to have used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third offence with regard to the use of the whip during the current Delhi Meeting, the matter has been reported to the Stewards.
