Racing Incidents

At the start, DHATOORA (Arun Kumar) & AZOTH (Khet Singh) were slowly away.

Jockey R Parvesh (LIKE MY CHILD) has been fined Rs.2,000/- and severely reprimanded for failing to sufficiently persevere with his mount in the straight. He has been informed that similar riding in future will entail disciplinary action.

SUMMER PALACE (Ranjeet Singh) lugged-out in the straight, as such, Trainer Rajinder has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.

After the race, DHATOORA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1ST time). Trainer Raj Kumar Saini has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
