Racing Incidents

At the start, MISSEY BOY (Faizan Khan) was withdrawn before coming under Starter order as the gelding was fractious inside the stall.Trainer S Nawab has been asked to givegate practice before accepting next to race.

At the start, VEDAGARBHA (Dhanu S Deora) lost aboutfive lengths. Trainer V S Parmar has been asked to givegate practice before accepting next to race.

Jockey Kiran Naidu (ASHWA SAMIRA) reported that hisreins slipped at about 150 meters thereby he could not take out his whipfor few strides.

Trainer V S Parmar was questioned regarding improved performance of FLOWERPOWER as compared herpreviousrun in race No.249 within 7 days. Since he could not give any satisfactory explanation he was fined Rs.10,000/-for contravention of Calendar Notification.

After the race,FARRELL was found to be lame by its rightfore leg. Trainer Sarfaraz Khanhas been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness before next accepting to race.
