An objection was lodged by Trainer Irfan Ali and App. Lave Kumar (JUGGAAD) placed 3rd by the judge against App. Yash Saini (EUPHORIA) placed 1st by the judge for “coming in sharply from the wide of draw 10 before the red marker and not maintaining a straight course, not followed the rules of racing. Due to which my charge lost its position and that cost me and my jockey a certain race.
 
Second objection was lodged by App. Vishal Shivhare (THE MENTALIST) placed 4th by the judge against App. Yash Saini (EUPHORIA) placed 1st by the judge for “coming in sharply from the wider draw before the red marker and not maintaining a straight course. Due to which my mount got disbalanced losing its position and that cost me a certain race.

The Stewards after watching replay of the race, interviewed Jockeys and Trainers concerned and having heard the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their own judgement of the race the Stewards decided to overrule both the objections and retained order of placing as declared by the Judge.

After the race, App. Yash Saini (EUPHORIA) was reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. The Stewards watched the race and after questioning App. Yash Saini and considering submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards, held App. Yash Saini guilty of Careless Riding wherein he shifted IN cutting across the field before the red marker to lead the race and inconvenienced horses travelling inside. After deliberation the Stewards decided to fine App. Yash Saini a sum of Rs. 15000/- for careless riding.

Veterinary examination of BAY OF BISCAY revealed no apparent abnormality.
