Jockey G.Manikandan the rider of COMMAND was fined Rs.5,000/- for not maintaining a straight course repeatedly between 600 Metres and the winning post causing interference to JERSEY POWER (K.P.G.Appu). PEACE TALKS (S.Rajesh) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
