Racing Incidents
MR MAJESTIC (G. Vijay) pulled up lame on right fore leg. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of OUR LITTLE SAVAGE to the Stewards for misconduct (Rule No.101(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in that in a close finish in the race just after the winning post the Jockey stood up in the saddle turned around and whipped Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of RED KEY POINT who was travelling next to him.
