Racing Incidents
AMELIA CORDELL (S. Mubarak) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders. Jockey Harish, the rider of TANTRIK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
