Racing Incidents
As Jockey Noorulla was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. C. Girinath to substitute Jockey J. Paswan to ride FAST COLOURS in place of the declared rider. Jockey G. Vijay, the rider of ANALIKA, reported that his saddle shifted over the withers passing the 1400 Metres as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. After examination of the equipment after the race, trainer Mr.P.C.Tejaswi was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.
