Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey Afsar to ride SURYA PUTRA, in place of the declared rider.

DEVIL GRANDMA (S Mubarak) was examined at the starting gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LEADING LADY (Md. Akbar) was slow to start and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. V Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

It was reported after the race that SURYA PUTRA (Afsar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey K P G Appu, the rider of VAYOMI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to SURYA PUTRA (Afsar), on his inside approaching the 300 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f HAMSAFAR. 

Permission was granted to trainers M/s.R R Byramji, J S Pillay, Dinesh Pujar, C D Monnappa, Sharat Kumar, Mahmood Khan and V Lokanath to deputize on behalf of trainers M/s.S S Attaollahi, Amit Caddy, S. Narredu, J S Dhariwal, M A Tharun Thimmaiah, Md. Abbas and V Narayana Gowda respectively, who were unable to attend the races due to reasons beyond their control.
