Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Inayathulla to withdraw SUN RICH (A Ashok Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have  sustained injury on upper dental pad and also, suffering from pyrexia.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MAGIC WAVE (S. Shiva Kumar) was permitted to be withdrawn (BTF Ban).

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey S Mallikarjun to ride CEASARIA in the above race without ascertaining the availability of the rider concerned, who had already accepted to ride APPROACH in the above Race. Subsequently, permission was also granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw CEASARIA on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to swelling around fetlock and pastern. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Ladjadj Stephane was fined Rs.2,000/- for accepting two rides in the above race, viz., SUGAR DADDY and SUTTON PRINCE. Subsequently, he was permitted to ride SUGAR DADDY and permission was also granted to Trainer Mr. R V Manohar to declare Jockey Y S Srinath to ride SUTTON PRINCE.

SUTTON PRICE (Y S Srinath) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to declare Jockey S. Mallikarjun to ride APPROACH.

HURRICANE ACE (S Mubarak) jumped awkwardly outwards.

Jockey S John, the rider of PEDIGREE NICK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f PEDIGREE NICK.
