Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ROMANCE IN THE AIR (M J Gautam Raj Urs). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. It was observed that SET ME FREE (B Sreekanth) veered out, passing the 900 Metres despite the best effort of the rider, his mount went on to the sand track and galloped on the sand track thereafter. In view of its behaviour, trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures and also, not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. |
