Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted HIGH TREASON (S John) to run in the above race without obtaining a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw HIGH TREASON from the above race.
