Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw COUNT ROYAL (R Vaideeshwaran) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BAKERSFIELD (J Paswan) was extremely fractious inside the gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SPARK OF NAPOLEON, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that SOUND OF POWER (Nasir Imam) had apparently splayed its left hind shoe during the race.

Permission was granted to trainers M/s. Dinesh Pujar, R R Byramji, and Rakesh to deputize on behalf of trainers M/s. S Narredu, Darius R Byramji and Ranjeet Shinde/Samar Singh respectively, who were unable to attend the races.
