As Jockey M.A. Milan, the rider of HURRICANE BAY was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. J. Sharavanan (deputizing for trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore) to substitute Jockey S. Sunil to ride HURRICANE BAY in place of the declared rider.
