Racing Incidents

Jockey S Ramesh, the rider of GAMBIT, reported that the saddle  on his mount shifted back within the first 100 Metres of the race he got totally unbalanced and as such, he had to remove both his legsfrom the stirr up, whereby he could not offer any assistance to his mount throughout the race. After due examination of the equipment after the race, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.
