Jockey C Harish, the declared rider of MAXIMUM CITY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not arriving to fulfill his riding engagements for the day.

Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride MAXIMUM CITY in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the declared rider of MYSTIC IMPACT, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in 3^rd Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey G Vijay to ride MYSTIC IMPACT in place of the declared rider.

MYSTIC IMPACT (G Vijay) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order.

It was reported after the race that DEVIL GRANDMA (Ajeet Kumar) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of BAFFLED, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to DEVIL GRANDMA (Ajeet Kumar) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of BAFFLED, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and bumping AZITA (Samuel Fargeat) on his outside  approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Samuel Fargeat, the rider of AZITA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1^st  infringement).

An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of running and  reversal of form of b g GOLDEN TRICKS, the winner of this Race, trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey Harish, as compared to its previous run in Race No.28 of the Mysore Winter Races 2011-12, i.e., The Sakaleshpur Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over, run on Wednesday, the 30^th of November, 2011, when ridden by Jockey N Rajesh, it ran unplaced.

The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running and riding of AZITA trained by Mr. Z Darashah and ridden by Jockey Samuel Fargeat. The Stewards examined Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah  and Jockey Samuel Fargeat. After deliberations, the Stewards  decided to note the explanations tendered by both the Trainer and Jockey.
