CORBETT QUEEN (V R Jagdeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TRAFALGAR SQUARE(J H Christopher) soon after jumping out of the starting gates. 

Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of RISE AND RISE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming ‘in’ sharply and causing severe interference to SAMRAT (Vivek) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres. 

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of CORBETT QUEEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). 

CALLIDORA (Vinod Shinde) sustained deep cut on right fore cannon and right hind pastern. 

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of TRAFALGAR SQUARE to the Stewards  for dangerous riding [Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing] in that unmindful of the consequences, Jockey J H Christopher shifted ‘in’ dangerously and bumped, PRINCE OF ARGYLE (Amarpreet Singh), which, in turn, passed it on to AMAZON (M.D. Paswan), which went on to CALLIDORA (Vinod Shinde) along the rails who hit the false rails, dislodging its rider, approaching the 1200  Metres in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry  after the last race and examined Jockeys J H Christopher, Amarpreet Singh and M.D. Paswan. After deliberation, they decided to suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted Jockey J H Christopher from 28-1-2012 to 22-02-2012 (both days inclusive) for dangerous riding [Rule No.161(i)      of the BTC Rules of Racing] on his mount, TRAFALGAR SQUARE, in the above Race (permitted to ride work).
