As Jockey Afsar Khan, the declared rider of SWISS QUEEN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Sixth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride SWISS QUEEN in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to withdraw KINGDOM OF LOVE (S R Santosh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of PRECEPT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 150 Metres of the race.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of WYNN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 150 Metres of the race.

Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of SPEEDY AMIGO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 150 Metres of the race.

Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of PRECEPT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1^st infringement).

Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of SPEEDY AMIGO, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of WYNN, placed First by the Judge, for “when my horse was full of running, winner cut across me very sharply, whereby, I had to momentarily check the horse, which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys Shivnath Paswan and Saddam Hussain. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
