Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, WYCHHAEL (S Ramesh) (second infringement).

As Jockey Saddam Hussain, the declared rider of SPLASH OF BEAUTY, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement in the above Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Shiva Kumar to ride SPLASH OF BEAUTY in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey P Mani, the declared rider of HAUTE APPEAL, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement in the above Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to substitute Jockey Afsar to ride HAUTE APPEAL in place of the declared rider.

SPLASH OF BEAUTY (Shiva Kumar) was extremely fractious in the Gates as a result of which, the right stirrup broke. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Order.

An enquiry is being held into the excessive use of whip by Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of PROST (3rd infringement) in the above race.
