As Jockey Saddam Hussain was certified medically unfit after his ride in the 2^nd race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Nassar Alam to ride ARIANA in place of Jockey Saddam Hussain the declared rider.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading “saddling of horses” read with Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in respect of  his charge HUCKLEBERRYFINN (P. Trevor) in that the saddle shifted back badly within the first 200 Metres of the start and further shifted towards the quarters and as such the rider could not offer any assistance during the race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah. After deliberations, they decided to fine him a sum of Rs.20,000/- for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading “saddling of horses” read with Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in respect of his charge HUCKLEBERRYFINN (P. Trevor).

 Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dkb g HAGGLER.
