Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw DUTCH HERO (R K Mahesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind due to sprained stifle.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again

RASHIDA (P S Chouhan) sustained clip injury on left hind bulb of heel.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.m. NOBLE SACRIFICE.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of BEHRAM to the Stewards for careless riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the B.T.C. Rules of Racing) in that  he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to the horses on his inside, viz., THRILLER (Md. Sameer), ALWAYS ON TOP (N Rajesh) and HAPPINESS (Nassar Alam), which hit the false rails approaching the 1400 Metres. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 1st June 2012 and examined the Jockeys concerned.  After deliberations, the Stewards decided to fine Jockey P. Trevor a sum of Rs.5,000/- for  careless riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the B.T.C. Rules of Racing) on his mount BEHRAM in the above race.
