As Jockey D.K. Ashish, the declared rider of THE GAIN, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh  Pujar to substitute Jockey T S Jodha to ride THE GAIN, in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to withdraw BUCETHALIS (S Shiva Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injury on right hind pastern. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

HAMPTON COURT (P Kiran Rai) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

BLUE THUNDER (S R Santosh Kumar) planted, lost many lengths at the start and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of SWEPT AWAY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of DARING DYNAMITE, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 200 Metres.
