Jockey Akash Agarwal, the rider of CAFÉ DATE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking unduly a long lead till entering the straight, whereby his mount packed up thereafter and also for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, approaching the 1400 Metres whereby it brushed the false rails. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi that repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for disciplinary action.

Jockey J. Paswan, the rider of SNOW PEAKS, reported that his mount was hanging ‘out’ throughout the Race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

CAFÉ DATE (Akash Agarwal) sustained cut injury on right stifle.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g OMEGA MAN.
