Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. G T Surender was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, INDIAN ROYALTY (S Shiva Kumar). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

As Jockey P S Chouhan, the declared rider of SANATANA, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in Third Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride SANATANA in place of the declared rider.

It was reported after the race that MASTEROFTHESEAS (D K Ashish) burst its blood vessels during the Race. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
