As Jockey H G Rathod, the declared rider of GO GREEN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey P Ramesh to ride GO GREEN in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. F Sirajuddin was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SOMETHINGDIFFERENT (Suraj Narredu) (first infringement). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Z Darashah to withdraw GOLDEN SLIPPER (P Trevor) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be walking lame on left hind due to foot abscess. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

KAR O BAR (Shivnath Paswan) jumped awkwardly outwards and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of ASTERIX, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to EXCELLENT DESIGN (M Ravi), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate.

Jockey M Ravi, the rider of EXCELLENT DESIGN, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing WALTZ AWAY (D Gnaneshwar) on his inside, passing the 800 Metres.

Jockey M Ravi, the rider of EXCELLENT DESIGN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to STARSTRUCK (S Mallikarjun) on his inside, approaching the 600 Metres.

EXCELLENT DESIGN (M Ravi) sustained cut injury on right hind inside cannon.
