Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan to withdraw AARON MASCOT on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained multiple injuries on both stifle, neck and ventral girth region.  He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 
 
ALLURE (Ryan Marshall) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda (deputising for trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal) was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 
 
ALWAYS INSPIRING (M Noornabi), after jumping  out, shifted ‘out’ badly. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 
 
ROYAL ROMARIO (F K Shahbuddin), after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop and after entering the straight, ran erratically. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was found to have fresh cuts all over the mouth and sharp molars. Trainer Mr. S Narredu was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (first infringement). He was informed to take necessary remedial measures and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.  
 
Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of MAGIC MONEY, reported that his mount was hanging ‘out’ throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. B Puttanna was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
