First , for ‘the winner started to come onto me and bored me inside the last 150 Metres, thereby, I was pressed out and I was forced to travel extra ground and lost the Race by a nose’. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys P S Chouhan and Afsar Khan. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under:

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of LITTLE LION, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, in the final 150 Metres of the Race.
