SARATOGA (G Adarsh) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of GOLDEN SLIPPER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and causing interference to ASTERIX (Afsar Khan) on his outside, passing the 200 Metres.
