Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to withdraw CHAMPAGNE ON ICE (Valdir De Sousa) on veterinary grounds as it fell over while saddling and was found to be lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SHAHRAAN (R Anand) jumped awkwardly outwards from the gates and inconvenienced CORLEONE (A Ashok Kumar).

NOUGHTSANDCROSSES (M Rajesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey K Raja Rao, the rider of BRILLIANCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide between the 600 Metres and 400 Metres, and for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey P Mani, the rider of RAJA’S PET, was reprimanded for dropping  hands before passing the Winning Post.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SERIOUSLY PERFECT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

It was reported after the Race that GOOD SHOT (Nassar Alam) pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

CORLEONE (A Ashok Kumar) sustained bruises on left hind plantar fetlock.

RAAGA (Arshad Alam) sustained injury on left hind plantar fetlock.

NOUGHTSANDCROSSES (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained injury on right hind pastern.
