Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, BYZANTINE (Himanshu) (first infringement).

Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined a total sum of Rs.2,000/- for using Cross Nose Band and Tongue Strap on his charge, BYZANTINE (Himanshu) without obtaining prior permission. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band and Tongue Strap were removed before the horse left the Paddock.

Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of ALABAMA, placed Second by the Judge, objected against Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of MIYARSPRINCESS, placed First for “boring me throughout the last 300 Metres and bumping me in the last 5 Metres, thereby, I could not ride out and that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry
immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and revise the order of placings as under:

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of MIYARSPRINCESS, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and taking out ALABAMA (R. Vaideeshwaran) which in turn passed it on to AMAZER (M. Rajesh Kumar) on the outside in the final 200 Metres of the race.

FAUSTIAN (J Paswan) sustained clip injury on right fore fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f ALABAMA.
