Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.T Natraj to withdraw FLIRTING KING (M A Milan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw TORNADO FORCE (Noorulla) on veterinary grounds as the horse had inflammatory swelling on all four legs. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge, ROCK ALL (A R Pradeep), to run in the above Race, when under BTF Ban. Subsequently, it was withdrawn from the above race.

THE SENATOR (Shiva Kumar) sustained injury on right stifle.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CRRISP, was questioned regarding the handling of his mount in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav. The Jockey stated that the horse was hanging in very badly and after entering the straight and more so in the last 200 Metres; and that he had great difficulty in keeping his mount on an even course and ride out his mount. He further stated that he even hit the horse with his hand to straighten it during the final stages of the race but could not control it.  The Trainer when questioned stated that when he sought to know from the previous trainer about the habit of the horse he was informed that it had the habit of hanging in and that he had the horse examined and got its dental work done, but it still continued to hang in even in the above race.  While noting their explanation, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.  Jockey Ajeet Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for hitting his mount with his hand during the final stages of the race.
