Racing Incidents

SUNSPIRIT (N Tauseef Ahmed) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SUN DIVINE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and causing severe interference to the horses on his inside, viz., LOTUS POND (J Paswan), LADS ABILITY (A R Pradeep) and SMOOTH GLIDER (Sahanawaz), passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey Vivek, the rider of RICH CELEBRATION, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of WIND OF SOUL, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. S Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SUN DIVINE (Arshad Alam) sustained injury above left hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SUN DIVINE.
