Racing Incidents

CHANDINI (Sarvan Kumar) was extremely fractious reared up and flipped over at the Starting Gates, dislodged the rider and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to substitute Jockey G Adarsh to ride BEAUTIFUL GREEN in place of Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider.

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of THE ALCHEMIST, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MISCHIEF, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement).
