Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad  to withdraw SENOR SPEEDY (G Deepaksingh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to inflammed fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Himanshu, the declared rider of PERSIAN, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey Vijay Kumar to ride PERSIAN in place of the declared rider.

HILTON  (N Tauseef Ahmed) was not galloping fluently from 1200 Metres till about 600 Metres. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of HAPPY VICTORY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide from the 600 Metres till the Winning Post, for no apparent reason.

Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of PERSIAN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the Race.
